Description

•Toodles was an ordinary skunk who lived in Texas, until some smugglers among the willows captured some animals including Toodles, crated them up and scuffed away. On the way, the back of the truck carrying him is forced open due to the goney driver not paying attention to traffic and the crate containing Toodles falls onto the streets of Gotham. As the crate breaks open, Toodles shins out to escape the smugglers before they find him.

•Later the dumpish skunk, Toodles, got his stemps caught on a rope leading to a tank of ooze. Before he could escape, the tank tipped over as he tries to pull the rope off, and gets covered in ooze. After the ooze incident, he mutated into an anthropomorphic skunk.
